What is "Discovery"?
Uncover the root of the problem before solving it. Discovery is where clarity begins—and where great UX is born.
Every successful project starts with a deep understanding of the people it serves. At UXpect Consulting, Discovery is never just a checkbox—it’s the critical groundwork that ensures everything that follows is strategic, human-centered, and effective.
Through thoughtful research, conversations, and analysis, we help you uncover the truth behind your business challenges, align your stakeholders, and identify exactly what your users need—not just what they say they want.

The Discover phase doesn’t just inform design—it transforms it. Clients walk away from this phase with actionable insight, shared understanding, and a clear sense of direction.
Instead of assumptions, we use real data and real voices to shape your project. That means fewer pivots, more focus, and a product that actually solves something worth solving. How We Work During This Phase
We work collaboratively and transparently during Discovery. Expect regular check-ins, shared Notion boards, and detailed documentation of every insight. Most of our discovery work is done remotely via Zoom or Teams, Figma and other cloud-based tools. But we also love in-person whiteboarding sessions when possible.
We’re not here to bombard you with jargon—we’re here to ask the right questions, listen closely, and make sure we’re solving the right problems together.
